Return & Refund Policy

Overview

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. Items must meet the conditions below to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags, inserts and packaging attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, make-up/deodorant residue, pet hair, odors, or other damage will not be accepted.
  • Items marked “Limited Region”, “Clearance”, or otherwise specified as non-returnable are ineligible for returns.
  • Items damaged during return transit may be refused; we recommend purchasing return shipping insurance.

Return Fees & Restocking

  • A restocking fee of $15 per item will be deducted from your refund.
  • For orders that originally qualified for free DHL shipping, a $30 per item return fee may apply (DHL return costs are higher than standard shipping).
  • For domestic returns within the U.S., we can provide a prepaid return label; the cost of the label ($15) will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise agreed. Prepaid label options are only offered in the U.S.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact our support team at support@nivecor.com to request a return authorization and receive instructions and return shipping address.
  • Do not send items back without first requesting a return; items returned without authorization may be refused and sent back to you.
  • Once your return is approved, you must ship the item within 7 days. If the return is shipped after 7 days from approval, only store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If goods are received damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and include photos. We will provide instructions for return and will not require you to pay return shipping for items damaged or incorrectly sent by us.

International Returns & Duties

  • International returns are accepted but all shipping costs, taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
  • When returning internationally, please mark all customs forms as “returned goods” to avoid additional charges.

Refund Processing

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Other Important Notes

  • Snowballing exceptions: items sold at significantly reduced prices (flash sale SKUs) may be subject to special return rules as noted on the product page.
  • Nivecor reserves the right to refuse returns that are not in original, new condition.
  • We are not responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or other fees incurred when returning products.
